Don’t forget to train the small muscle groups that pull the larger muscles in, and remember that quality is more important than quantity or weight.

Both men and ladies get a little lax with grooming when it’s colder out. Now is the perfect time to head to the spa for a mani, pedi, wax, facials, and personalized spa treatments.
We should all wear SPF body lotion, facial moisturizer, and lip balm year-round—but spring is the time to kick it up a notch. Reapply every 2 hours when out in direct sunlight. Wear waterproof formulas when in the water or playing sports outdoors.
