How To Make More Me Time

short on me time?

Whether you are single or have a family, one thing most of us have in common is that we struggle to find enough “me time” each week. The tips below will help you to reprioritize your time and eliminate some of the excess.

Get Up Earlier

I know, who wants to get up any earlier than you already do? However, even 15 minutes each morning will allow you to ease into your day. Get up as earlier as 1 hour earlier to stretch, exercise, mediate, or simply savor a cup of coffee or tea before the day gets too busy.

Cut The Excess

It’s hard to let go, but odds are there is a lot you can trim from your daily and weekly schedule. The problem is, most of us trim where it matters most—the me time. Instead, look for ways to delegate tasks, eliminate what you truly don’t enjoy. If needed, hire a part-time live or virtual assistant.

Create A Nighttime Routine

Most of us are on the go from the second we wake until the moment we go to bed. This also means most of us are still wound-up by the time we head to bed. Create a nighttime routine that will help you wind down and relax, so you can really get a good night’s sleep.

Every 15 minutes or hour or two you can shave off your schedule each week really ads up!
