Kids seem to have lost the art of playing outside just for the fun of it. Playing outside keeps your kids physically fit, and is great for the imagination. While a bicycle, trampoline, or sports can keep them motivated—encourage them to head outside and make up their own games. Or turn to tried and true hide and seek, tag, or hop scotch.
