On The go Stress Relievers

We’ve all been there. Either our day is going well, and then something goes wrong. Or, sometimes we have those days where it seems like everything that can go wrong does go wrong. All you want to do is go home and unwind, or send the kids to bed to unwind—but why not turn to a one or two of the on the go stress relievers below instead?

Take 10 Full Deep Breaths

Breathing will send mood-boosting oxygen to your brain and body. It will also help to alleviate some of the built-up tension. Maybe even carry some lavender, or a calming or energizing essential oil blend as on the go aromatherapy.

Squeeze In A Massage

If you are in a mall, by a nail salon, or even in a Whole Foods—check to see if they have a spot where you can schedule a quick 15 to 30-minute chair massage. For this to be effective, you must turn off your brain and enjoy.

Take A Walk In Nature

If you have 10 or 15 minutes to spare, head to your local park and take a walk. The movement is good for your body, and nature is good for your peace of mind.
