Yes, some daydreams are based in fantasy—but some are pleasant reminders of what you really want in life. So, even if the people or circumstances aren’t yet real, consider how you can make your dream a reality.

Give Yourself Permission

While you certainly can’t spend all day every day daydreaming give yourself permission to consider the possibilities—and the direction that would make your life more fulfilling.
