Think Beyond The Usual Resolutions 

Health, weight loss, career, and love are at the top of people’s list. But studies show that most of us abandon these goals a few weeks in. Also, most of us set and fail similar resolutions each and every year. This year it’s time to think beyond the generic and make your resolutions personal and specific. 

Be Clear And Specific 

Even if you select a generic resolution you must be clear and specific will exponentially increase your odds of success. For example, instead of saying “I want to fall in love this year” set mini goals that will increase your odds of meeting someone new. This might include signing up for an online dating, heading to one singles event a month, and going to more activities and events where you will meet new people. 

Have Fun

Too often our resolutions are a challenging undertaking. While challenge is healthy, you should prioritize doing more of what you love in your life. So, set some fun resolutions that incorporate more quality time with loved ones and time doing things that bring you joy. You deserve it!
